Now, we are hiring Sales Manager (MICE & Corporate) to join us in Bodrum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively develop and manage MICE and Corporate segments, with a strong focus on Istanbul-based agencies and TMCs 
  • Maintain and expand a portfolio of key accounts including MICE agencies, event planners, and corporate travel buyers 
  • Leverage existing relationships with leading TMCs and MICE agencies in Istanbul to generate qualified leads and business opportunities 
  • Drive group sales (rooms + events) from enquiry to conversion, ensuring maximum revenue and profitability 
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages effectively to increase conversion ratios and ADR 
  • Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and networking activities in Istanbul and key feeder markets ( min of 4-5 Visit per Day ) 
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies for group business 
  • Work closely with operations to ensure seamless execution of group and event experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MICE and/or Corporate Sales within luxury hotels or hospitality groups
  • Strong existing portfolio and relationships with Istanbul-based TMCs and MICE agencies 
  • Proven track record in group sales conversion, negotiation, and account management 
  • Deep understanding of corporate travel dynamics, incentive groups, and event business 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities 
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and commercially focused mindset 
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Bodrum and Istanbul 
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus) 
Preferred Profile

  • Strong network within key agencies such as Corporate travel companies, Event & Wedding agencies, and luxury travel planners 
  • Experience working with high-end/lifestyle or luxury hotel brands 
  • Ability to bring immediate business potential through an active client portfolio
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on sales approach
