A little taste of your day-to-day

• Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be:
• Liaising with clients to build accurate events bookings
• Delivering exceptional service standards in-person, on email or over the phone
• Establishing client requirements to effectively facilitate their needs
• Accurately logging all enquiries in the sales and catering system – compiling accurate function sheets and regular reports for the Operations Team

Requirements

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
• Proficient in MC Office and Opera Program,
• Fluent in English,
• Knowledgeable about sales techniques,
• Having a corporate customer portfolio,
• Able to produce solutions according to customer demands and expectations,
• High communication, time management, reporting and organizational skills,
