Flight Operations Engineer

We are looking for "Flight Operations Engineer" who will be a part of our team.

Job Description

• Perform and distribute aircraft performance calculations in line with Weight & Balance manuals
• Conduct Take-off and Landing Analysis using Boeing Performance Software
• Prepare Load & Trim Sheets and support load control processes (including AHM 560/565 and DCS checks)
• Maintain and update performance-related manuals, databases (AODB), and operational documentation
• Manage FMS navigation data updates and coordinate with relevant departments
• Analyze flight performance and contribute to operational improvements
• Support flight crew with performance-related training and guidance
• Monitor aerodrome data, categorizations, and airport limitations
• Support special procedures for specific aerodromes and routes when required
• Coordinate with internal departments and external providers (e.g. Boeing, handling agents)
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements

Qualifications

• University degree (preferably in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Aviation and Flight Operations is preferred
• Experience with Boeing aircraft types and Boeing performance systems is considered an advantage
• Preferably experienced in airline Flight Operations and Load Control processes
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and operational requirements (SHGM & EASA)
• Familiarity with operational documentation, Weight & Balance, and performance calculations
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and strong follow-up skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Based in Istanbul or willing to relocate
