Operations Associate

Position Summary:

The Operations Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities related to aircraft parts purchasing, sales, logistics, and customer support processes. This role ensures the smooth execution of transactions by coordinating with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments while maintaining accurate records within the ERP system.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Tracking the sales process and executing the corresponding sales activities.
• Manage and coordinate the operational processes related to aircraft parts purchasing and sales activities.
• Ensure effective coordination between customers, suppliers, and logistics teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Monitor and track parts receiving, dispatch, shipment, delivery, and documentation processes.
• Obtain and verify required information and documentation, follow up on operational workflows, and maintain communication with relevant internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Work on business development of potential customers,
• Research and gather market and customer information; learn about the market,products, service, and competitors,
• Analyze historical financial data, cost structures, and industry trends to provide    informed recommendations for pricing decisions,
• Evaluate the potential effect of pricing changes on overall profitability and the  company's financial health,

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required,
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required,
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English,
• Experience with Avsight systems is preferred,
• Self-motivated with the ability to build collaborative relationships in a team/department and customer/client environment,
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills, organization, and time-management skills,
• Ability to multitask,
• Strong financial acumen with advanced skills in financial modeling data analysis,
• Profound understanding of pricing methodologies, cost structures, and market dynamics,
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities,
