As Tarkett Turkey Flooring Solutions, a global leader in the construction industry with innovative flooring solutions, we are seeking a Project Sales Specialist to join our Marmara Regional Directorate.
The position will be based at our Istanbul / Mecidiyeköy Office, serving the Marmara Region.
About the Role
The Project Sales Specialist will play a key role in strengthening Tarkett’s presence in project-based sales by developing strong relationships with project stakeholders and driving sustainable growth across the region.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Civil Engineering,
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector,
Technical knowledge of building and flooring systems is a strong asset,
Strong interest in market trends and industry developments,
Proactive, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
Proficient in MS Office applications,
Valid driver’s license, active driving skills, and willingness to travel,
Military service completed (for male candidates).
Key Responsibilities
Visiting public and private institutions, architectural offices, and contractor companies to promote Tarkett products and expand the project customer portfolio,
Developing and managing project sales channels within the assigned region,
Conducting market and competitor analyses to identify new opportunities,
Actively managing the end-to-end sales process,
Handling customer requests, feedback, and complaints in collaboration with internal teams,
Monitoring sales targets, programs, and budgets, and providing strategic insights and recommendations.
