About the Role
We are looking for a CRM & MarTech Executive to join our growing marina management business and play a key role in enhancing our data capabilities, redesigning CRM processes, supporting technology-driven initiatives, and improving the overall guest experience.
This role will be responsible for developing and optimizing our CRM infrastructure, managing data integrations, overseeing customer lifecycle initiatives, and driving continuous improvements across the guest journey.
The position reports directly to the Corporate Communications & Marketing Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in CRM, customer experience, marketing technologies, or data-driven customer management.
- Hands-on experience in CRM implementation, transformation, or enhancement projects.
- Strong knowledge of customer data management, segmentation, customer lifecycle management, and CRM automation.
- Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to perform basic data analysis and segmentation studies.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and similar web/mobile analytics platforms.
- Experience in leveraging email, SMS, mobile notifications, and similar communication channels within CRM and marketing automation programs.
- Solid understanding of API-based integrations and data flows across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and the ability to interpret customer journeys across web and mobile platforms.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with IT teams and external technology partners.
- Knowledge of AI-powered customer experience, automation, and data analytics applications, with the ability to evaluate and adapt emerging MarTech trends into business processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the enhancement of CRM infrastructure, manage system integrations, and coordinate related technology initiatives.
- Improve the quality, accuracy, and usability of customer data across systems.
- Analyze guest lifecycle behaviors and develop segment-based automated customer journeys and communication flows.
- Contribute to loyalty and customer retention initiatives designed to strengthen long-term engagement.
- Analyze customer touchpoints and user experiences to identify improvement opportunities and optimize journeys.
- Generate insights from customer feedback, NPS results, and complaint management data.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics and customer engagement KPIs, providing regular reporting and actionable recommendations.
