We are looking for a Legal Counsel for our rapidly growing teams in this environment.

Your playgorund as a Legal Counsel at TikTak:

• Providing legal consultancy to questions that may arise from business units,
• Able to negotiate customer and supplier contracts,
• Following up the secretariat of the board of directors,
• Ensuring the control of files followed by contracted offices,
• Responding to requests from governmental agencies,
• Ability to follow sectoral and general legislative innovations and adapt business units to these,
• Able to make periodic reports to the top Management,
• Providing legal support to projects developing in line with the company's goals.

Our game changer Legal Counsel profile at TikTak:

• Bachelor's degree in Law required, master degree as an asset,
• A minimum 9 years of relevant experience working in a law firm, or practicing as in-house counsel for a insurance or automotive company,
• Experienced in commercial, consumer, personal data protection, employement, criminal law,
• Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions,
• Fluency in English required,
• Strong understanding of legal issues and risks pertinent to the commercial contract process.
