Qualifications & Job Description

Titan Makina is a manufacturer of Underground Mining & Tunnel Construction Machinery located in Ankara. Founded in 1997, the company has reached a production capacity of 150 Mining Machinery per year with the recent investments and the construction of the new 20,000 square-meter factory in Ankara. The machines manufactured here at Titan are currently operating in 6 continents and we provide strong after-sales service and spare parts support to our customers worldwide.

We are looking for a Foreign Trade Specialist to join our international operations team. The position will be based in Ankara, at our facility. The successful candidate will;

·         Coordinate export shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors,

·         Manage export/import documentation (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.),

·         Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal departments,

·         Follow up import processes and supplier shipments,

·         Handle LC and payment processes with banks and customers,

·         Monitor logistics operations and support cost optimization,

·         Support spare parts shipments and urgent deliveries when needed,

·         Track customs procedures and ensure compliance with regulations,

·         Prepare reports related to shipments, costs, and delivery timelines,

Candidates must fulfill the following basic requirements:

·         Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably International Trade, Business Administration),

·         Fluent in professional English, both written and oral,

·         ERP knowledge is a plus,

·         Holds a driver’s license with good driving skills

·         Has no travel restriction within Turkey or abroad,
