General Qualifications     

·         Graduated from universities' Tourism and Hotel Management or Vocational School related departments

·         Fluent in professional English, German, Russian or Arabic

·         Preferably who knows how to use the Fidelio program

·         At least 2 years of international hotel experience in similar positions

·         Able to adapt to intense and flexible working conditions

·         Guest satisfaction oriented employee

·         Strong empathy skills, belief in teamwork and disciplined

·         Open to development and professional innovations

·         Paying attention to appearance and personal hygiene

·         Able to adapt to shift working system
