Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from related fields (Economics, BA, MIS or any other relevant departments),
• Very good command of written and verbal English,
• Very good command of MS Office applications (especially Excel),
• Min 3 years of experience in a process (transactional) driven environment,
• Solid experinece in customer service, invoicing, security, financial and network operations; able to work and comment on relational databases and spreadsheet programs (Access, Excel or Visual Basics; SQL knowledge is desirable),
• Residing in Istanbul (Anatolian side) or no obstacles to live or work in Istanbul.
• Military service completed (for male candidates)

Job Description

• Undertake analysis and reporting on Customer experience metrics from all functions and monitoring of performance,
• Working with deadlines in a methodical and structured way,
• Conducting process analysis and root cause analysis where needed,
• Ability and curiosity to turn data into management information that is relevant and important,
• Collaborate with country functional teams and agree on improvement actions based on performance trends,
• Strong business acumen and sense of urgency to communicate related parties on time.
