Accounting and Sales Support Responsible

Turck is a global German leading digital automation company operating in the field of industrial automation. For our growing Turkish organization, we are looking for an “Accounting and Sales Support Responsible“ in İstanbul Anadolu Region with the following qualifications:

Qualifications:

University degree in accounting, finance or business administration

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and sales support operations in an international environment

Fluent in English or German

Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP resource planning software

Know how on Turkish accounting system and tax regulation

Good communication skills, both written and verbal, good interpersonal skills

Disciplined, dynamic, hardworking, team player, strong customer relationship skills

Job Description:

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager

Responsible for the sales support of industrial automation products and systems such as sensors, connectivity, fieldbus and control systems

Support of outside sales engineers from office for order processing and sales activities

Customer relations in processing and follow up of the opportunities, quotations and orders

Supporting purchase & import procedures

Prepare all accounting entries and keep accounting books according to Turkish legislation

Post bank transactions and reconcile all 3rd parties, banks & cash accounts
