We are seeking an Event Manager to join our organization, specializing in planning and executing high-profile events. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing events that align with our company's objectives and enhance our brand presence. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional event experiences.

• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management and Tourism Guide, Administration of Tourism and Hotel, Tourism and Guiding, Administration of Tourism and Travel, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 10 years of experience in an Event Manager position.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience in organizing and managing large-scale events.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in event management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company goals.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Source and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
• Oversee event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and catering arrangements.
• Develop and implement event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and manage risk assessments.
• Provide on-site event management and support, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
• Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
