We are a dynamic, welcoming, and professional team with a Gen Z spirit. We are looking for a Duty Manager who will ensure seamless daily operations and elevate the guest experience to the highest level.

Responsibilities

·        Manage the hotel’s daily operations throughout the assigned shift and ensure effective coordination across all departments.

·        Monitor the guest experience end-to-end and take immediate action to resolve any issues that may arise.

·        Welcome VIP guests and ensure their arrival and stay processes are handled seamlessly.

·        Effectively manage guest complaints and requests, taking a solution-oriented approach.

·        Lead and guide all operational teams, particularly the Front Office team.

·        Ensure Hilton brand standards are consistently implemented across hotel operations.

·        Complete daily operational reporting and communicate significant developments to senior management.

·        Manage emergencies and crisis situations by making quick, accurate, and appropriate decisions.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hotel Management or a related field.

·        At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel and/or an international hotel chain.

·        Strong leadership, organizational, and crisis management skills.

·        Guest-focused, solution-oriented, and proactive approach.

·        Good command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.

·        Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems.

·        Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to operational requirements.
