We are now looking for a Night Manager to ensure smooth overnight operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities

•      Manage the hotel’s overnight operations throughout the shift and ensure effective coordination between all departments.
•      Oversee the end-to-end guest experience and take immediate action to resolve any issues that may arise.
•      Ensure a seamless arrival and stay experience for VIP guests.
•      Handle guest complaints and requests effectively, taking a proactive and solution oriented approach.
•      Lead, support and coordinate all operational teams throughout the night.
•      Ensure Hilton brand standards are consistently maintained across hotel operations.
•      Complete daily/nightly reports and communicate important developments to senior management.
•      Take prompt and appropriate action during emergencies and crisis situations, ensuring effective management of the process.

Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Tourism, Hospitality Management or a related field.
•      Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel and/or international hotel chain.
•      Strong leadership, organizational and crisis management skills.
•      Guest-focused, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
•      Good command of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is an advantage.
•      Proficiency in MS Office and hotel property management systems.
•      Flexibility to work overnight shifts and adapt to varying working hours.
