We are looking for a full-time associate to join our team. As a start-up company, we work with our partner company in the trucking and logistics industry from the USA. The opportunity comes with the future opportunities to grow with the new company and even some possible duties in our USA-based partner company

Turquoise Trucking is a trucking and logistics company that supports remotely our international partners from our Turkey office located in Maltepe. 

Even though we are working according to United State Central time zone business hours, our operation in Turkey is 24/7 which we offer 3 shifts to the candidates.

You will have a key role between our company, its partners, its contractors, and customers. 

Candidates must have good English skills in both verbal and written. 

Communication will be mostly over the phone, however, it requires texting and emailing as well. 

Even though this is a general job posting since we have 3 shifts and all three shifts have some different duties, main duties include the following but are not limited to;

• Answering calls and making phone calls

• Involving sales process

• Responding to emails and text messages

• Compile basic reports

• Assisting to manage truck drivers

• Helping build company reputation 

• Helping success to best customer service practices

Requirements:

• Advanced English skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

• Good knowledge of Adobe PDF and basic computer

• Able to multitask like talk over the phone while using computer

• Good communication skills

• Work under pressure and high pace

• Able to travel abroad is a plus
