We are looking for an exceptional commercial professional to join our team and play a key role in our next phase of international growth.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is not a traditional sales position. It is a strategic commercial role for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with outstanding relationship management, business acumen, and the ability to turn opportunities into profitable growth.
You will contribute to the commercial development of our international investments and expanding customer portfolio, support feasibility studies for new business opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and help maximize the commercial potential of our expanding production capacity. You will represent our company in front of international customers, business partners, and industry leaders, while working closely with senior management to shape commercial decisions.

What You Will Do
- Drive commercial growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build, develop and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
- Support the commercial establishment and growth of our operations.
- Conduct commercial feasibility studies for new markets, products and investment opportunities.
- Prepare pricing models by evaluating production costs, logistics, market conditions and profitability.
- Perform customer, product and market profitability analyses to support commercial decision-making.
- Develop commercial strategies to maximize the utilization of our increasing production capacity.
- Prepare business cases, commercial reports and executive-level presentations for senior management.
- Work closely with Finance, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement and Operations to ensure commercially sound decisions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company during customer meetings, business visits, factory tours, exhibitions and international events.
- Lead commercial negotiations while creating long-term value for both customers and the company.
- Challenge existing processes and continuously seek better, smarter and more profitable ways of doing business.
