Graphic Design Specialist

International Event Project | Antalya

Our client, operating in the global events and exhibitions industry, is looking for a Graphic Design Specialist to join an international event project in Antalya on a fixed-term, project-based contract.

Important: This role requires advanced English communication skills, as you will work closely with international teams throughout the project. The interview process will also be conducted in English.

Key Responsibilities

•  Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to develop creative visual concepts.
• Create key visual designs and adapt them across various communication channels.
• Design digital assets, printed materials, and large-scale environmental graphics.
• Work closely with 3D and spatial design teams to ensure accurate integration of graphic elements.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files for print and digital applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Contribute creative ideas for experiential design and innovative media applications.
• Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Previous experience in festivals, exhibitions, conferences, events, or experiential design projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Knowledge of print production processes and digital publishing.
• Advanced English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design excellence.
• Excellent visual communication and creative thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
