Job Title: Long Term Projects & Documentation Intern (Duration of 10 Months)

Purpose of Role: Please note that this is a fixed-term internship position with a duration of 10 months.

Long Term Projects & Documentation Intern will be an integral member of the engineering team, ensuring all Installation, Operation & Maintenance (IOM) Manuals are supplied with all Weir products in line with regional legislation.

He / She will also be responsible creating build packs for assembly and supporting all internal departments with requests made via the Engineering Request App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, supply & archive all non-engineering documents in line with customer requirements (IOM Manuals, Certificate of Conformity, Declaration of Conformity).
• Prepare equipment build packs in line with customer requirements.
• Work in line with project engineers & project managers.
• Creation of contract specific certification requirements.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Self-motivated, open-minded and eager to acquire new skills and knowledge in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to work well within a team and be able to communicate well with staff at all levels within the business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish.
