We are looking for a qualified Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the Food and Beverage Department of our 5-star hotel in Şişli, Istanbul, owned by Wish More Hotel Group.

Job Qualificaitons  ,

• Applies marketing techniques to sell products and services and shares them with the team, ensures that all outlets are in ideal service     standards,
• To ensure that the equipment and materials used in the operation are used in the right job with the right material
• Has complete information about the menu, ensures that the products sold are served in good quality, shares his thoughts on menu pricing, offers     suggestions,
• Professional knowledge of English at a sufficient level
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Always controlling, researching and sharing up-to-date information with the team,
• Managing the team by making fair decisions, communicating the best honest and correct approaches to the team,
• While informing the team, they are sure that the information shared is up-to-date, correct and real, and questions and finalizes     incomprehensible information, 
• Advanced analytical aspect, ability to execute different tasks at the same time,
• High level of communication skills,
• Believes in teamwork and has the ability to actively apply
• Applicants are preferably 2-3 years of experienced in hotel Food and Beverage operations  and preferably University Degree.
