Now, We are looking for a "Front Desk Supervisor" to join our amazing team!

Summary of position

Performing the registration, informing, and fulfilling all requests and transactions of the guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure of the hotel.

Competencies

• Degree in Hospitality Management is an asset
• Knowledge and experience in MS office programs.
• Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset
• Must speak fluent Turkish and English, any additional language would be an asset
• Ability to remain calm whilst under guest pressure.
• Experience in motivating and leading a winning team.
• Guest service and detail-oriented
• Positive thinking, personal presentation, adaptability/flexibility
• Must be ready to work AM, PM and night shift
