Summary of position
Hostess is responsible to greet customers and to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the team. Moreover, takes and confirms reservations, and shows customers to their table. They may also support for serving duties when necessary.
Competencies
- Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position in hospitality industry, preferably luxury segment
- Must be able to speak, read, write English in the work place.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Guest oriented with a positive attitude
- A willingness to go the extra step in ensuring guests' needs are met.
