Job Description

• Fluent in English (mandatory); knowledge of Turkish, Russian, or German is advantage,
• Commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality to enhance the guest experience,
• Strong ability to track tasks efficiently, with consistent follow-up and detailed reporting,
• Excellent multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple guest requests and responsibilities simultaneously,
• High level of discipline and responsibility in completing assigned duties,
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing guest needs and operational requirements,
• Effective communication skills to engage confidently with both guests and team members,
