To strengthen our team, we are looking for Country Purchasing Manager (Türkiye).

What will your job be about?

• Lead and manage indirect material purchasing activities in line with central purchasing guidelines.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect material categories in close cooperation with central purchasing.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, lead negotiations and manage supplier relationships.
• Manage local supplier negotiations, contracts, terms and conditions for assigned categories.
• Lead the local purchasing team, set priorities and support team development and performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure alignment between Purchasing and other functions.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies, procedures, ethical standards and local requirements.
• Monitor supplier compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements and manage purchasing-related risks.
• Manage the local indirect purchasing budget and drive cost reduction and optimization activities.
• Monitor purchasing performance and contribute to business planning and financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices to increase purchasing efficiency and effectiveness.

What will you bring with you?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Purchasing, Procurement or a related area.
• Strong experience in supplier management, sourcing, negotiation and contract management.
• Experience in managing and developing a purchasing team.
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, compliance and risk management.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
• Proactive, result-oriented and able to work effectively across different functions.
• Advanced written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Willingness to travel when required.
