To strengthen our team, we are looking for Product Engineer which will be located in our plant Akyazı, SAKARYA

What will your job be about?

• Acting as a bridge between the customer and the factory regarding product design and technical data
• Reviewing, understanding, and interpreting technical drawings and data provided by the customer
• Managing and tracking design changes, analyzing their impact on other departments, and effectively communicating these updates internally
• Representing the company in customer meetings and managing technical presentations, contacts, and documentation inEnglish
• Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Access, data management) to handle operational data and tracking
• Creating regular reports and tracking operational KPIs without disruption

What will you bring with you?

• BSc degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in English (excellent reading, writing, listening, and presentation skills)
• Strong technical drawing reading skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD andSolidWorks
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (especially high proficiency in Excel and Access for data management); preferably experienced in SAP/ERP systems
• High conflict management skills, and the ability to manage and guide a large team.
• Highly solution-oriented with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills under stressful/busy work environments
• Flexibility to work in shifts and put in overtime when required (including night shifts)
• Residing or willing to reside in Sakarya (preferably Akyazı, Serdivan, Erenler, or Adapazarı)
• For male candidates, military service must be completed
