YC INOX is a 100% Taiwanese greenfield investment operating in Türkiye. The company is active in stainless steel tube & pipe manufacturing and service center operations, with approximately 300 employees.
We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team and support end-to-end payroll operations in our manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll for blue-collar, white-collar, and other employee groups accurately and on time
- Collect, check, and finalize monthly time & attendance (puantaj) data (overtime, unpaid leave, absence, shifts, sick leave, etc.)
- Control payroll components before payroll closing (wages, allowances, premiums, deductions, advances, etc.)
- Prepare, control, and follow up statutory payroll declarations and notifications, including:
- MUHSGK (Withholding & Social Security Declaration / 1003B) preparation, control, and submission / follow-up
- SGK notifications and e-declarations
- İŞKUR-related notifications / processes
- Create and upload salary payment bank files and follow up payment processes with the bank
- Support payroll-related union processes such as union dues, CBA-based wage increases, and social benefits (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law, Social Security (SGK), tax, and payroll legislation
- Communicate with relevant institutions when needed (SGK, İŞKUR, Tax Office, bank, etc.)
- Use ERP and timekeeping systems effectively for payroll operations and payroll reporting
- Prepare regular payroll reports (personnel costs, overtime, headcount, payroll summaries, etc.)
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll documents and data
- Take active ownership of monthly payroll closing controls and payroll accuracy checks before finalization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Labor Economics / Industrial Relations, or related fields)
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in payroll and monthly timekeeping (puantaj) processes
- Hands-on ownership of monthly payroll closing and timekeeping processes is required (not only payroll support / reporting experience)
- Practical knowledge of MUHSGK (Withholding & Social Security Declaration / 1003B) processes (preparation, control, and/or submission) is required
- Practical experience with at least one HR / Payroll ERP system and one time & attendance / PDKS system
- Good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, SGK, tax, and payroll applications
- Experience in unionized workplaces and union dues / CBA payroll items is an advantage
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly attentive to confidentiality
- Able to work in a dynamic production environment and communicate effectively with different employee groups
- Working-level English (written and spoken) is required for daily communication with expat employees and managers
