Production Manager

YC INOX is an investment with 100% Taiwan capital. Our company operates in stainless steel pipe, industrial pipe and service center fields with approximately 350 employees.

We are looking for a Production Manager to be assigned in our growing organization, responsible for managing production operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality continuity, cost control and effective coordination with related departments.

Candidates may be evaluated at Production Manager / Assistant Manager / Section Manager level depending on their experience and technical background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering departments,
• Minimum 8-10 years of production experience, preferably in iron & steel, stainless steel, tube/pipe, profile manufacturing or service center operations,
• Experience in tube mill, pipe mill, welded pipe/profile production, slitting, cutting or similar production processes is preferred,
• Experience in team management, shift organization and production performance follow-up,
• Knowledge of production planning, process efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement activities,
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, Quality Management Systems and 5S practices,
• Good command of English,
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Able to work on-site in Dilovası / Kocaeli.

Job Description

• Manage daily, weekly and monthly production activities in line with production targets,
• Ensure the effective implementation of production plans and follow up production performance,
• Monitor and analyze production efficiency, scrap rates, downtime, quality issues and production costs,
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, HSE and other related departments,
• Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are taken for production-related problems,
• Audit the implementation of production inspections such as first piece inspection, self-inspection and in-process inspection,
• Lead continuous improvement activities to increase efficiency and reduce production costs,
• Manage and develop production teams, including foremen and operators,
• Monitor departmental performance and regularly report the results to senior management,
• Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and 5S standards.
