Merzigo is currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

·       Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer within an agency or in-house creative team.

·       Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as other design tools such as Figma and Canva.

·       Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual storytelling.

·       Experienced in designing for both digital and print media.

·       Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

·       Highly detail-oriented with a strong creative and aesthetic sense.

·       Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

·       Able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet both short- and long-term goals.

·       A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work across various media platforms.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality visual content including social media graphics, digital ads, presentations, event materials, and website assets,

·       Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all channels, ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines,

·       Develop engaging visuals, infographics, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement,

·       Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Sales) to understand design       needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives,

·       Work with the marketing team to create campaign assets, promotional materials, and collateral for events,

·       Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing and Sales) to understand design needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives,

·       Organize and maintain a library of creative assets for easy access and reuse,

·       Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh, innovative ideas  to projects,

·       Review and proof designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail before delivery.
