Production Engineer

As part of our growing organization, we are looking for aProduction Engineer who will contribute to the efficiency, quality, and sustainability of our production operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field,
• Preferably at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment,
• Experience in production planning, process development, and productivity improvement initiatives,
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies,
• Ability to monitor and analyze production performance indicators (OEE, productivity, scrap rate, etc.),
• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Experience with ERP systems is preferred,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
• Good command of English is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the daily operations of battery production lines,
• Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, quality, and capacity,
• Analyze production performance indicators and develop improvement projects,
• Conduct root cause analyses for process-related issues occurring on production lines,
• Support the creation and revision of standard operating procedures,
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout production processes,
• Support new product introduction and process commissioning activities,
• Prepare production reports and coordinate activities with relevant departments,
• Contribute to maintaining a work environment in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
