Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled a " Production Plannig Engineer " to join the team.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, preferably from a leading engineering university (e.g., ITU, YTU, METU).

* Minimum 4 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.

* Previous experience in battery manufacturing/production planning is highly preferred.

* Experience in automotive, electronics, energy storage, or other high-volume manufacturing industries is an advantage.

* Good command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment and work with technical documentation.

* Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Canias or similar).      

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

* Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), inventory management, and production scheduling.

* Experience in demand planning, capacity balancing, and production scheduling.

* Strong analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills.

* Excellent communication skills with a proactive, result-oriented, and collaborative mindset.

Job Description

 * Develop, maintain, and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.

* Prepare optimized production schedules based on customer demand, production capacity, and business priorities.

* Execute Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities and coordinate material availability with Procurement, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams.

* Monitor production performance, analyze planning deviations, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

* Analyze production capacity, bottlenecks, and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency.

* Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth production flow.

* Prepare, analyze, and report production planning KPIs.

* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from a production planning perspective.

* Maintain ERP master data accuracy and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes.

* Ensure production targets are achieved on time while meeting quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
