R&D Specialist

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduates from the Bioengineering or Chemical Engineering departments of universities.  

- Experience in cell culture and bioreactor operations (single use, glass or stainless steel bioreactors), downstream development, analytical/formulation development, scale-up and optimization is preferred. 

- At least 2 years of experience in biotechnology, biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences R&D. 

- Experience in planning and executing R&D projects. 

- Knowledge of experimental design, process development, and optimization studies. 

- Experience in laboratory-scale process development and technology transfer activities is preferred. 

- Experience in scientific literature review, technical report writing, and project documentation. 

 Fluent in English (Upper Intermediate or higher)  

COMPETENCİES 

- Knowledge of biotechnology process development and experimental methodologies. 

- Knowledge of DoE and statistical data analysis is preferred. 

- Familiarity with QbD principles is preferred. 

- Strong analytical thinking and scientific problem-solving skills. 

- Innovative mindset with a passion for research and continuous improvement. 

- Strong project planning and execution skills. 

- Effective communication, able to have teamwork operation conditions, cross-functional collaboration and presentation skills. 

- Ability to manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously. 

- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
