Today, the company carries out its production and commercial activities at its plants in 5 different cities of Turkey under the business units of Yorglass Trading, Yorglass Satina, Yorglass Food Displays and Yorglass Home Appliances.

Skill requirements

  •  Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a business-related field required,
  • 10+ years of experience in HR process, preferably in industrial areas,
  • Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including recruitment, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, talent management,
  • Ability to influence and inspire change with executive teams and across the teams, aligning the people strategy with business goals and growth,
  • Ability to both relate to and communicate with a wide variety of people and high level of integrity, ethics and trustworthiness,
  • Project Management skill is a plus,
  • Analytical thinking, costumer-focus,
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills,
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and coaching skills,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Must reside in Manisa or İzmir side.

What you will be doing

  • Responsible for talent management, performance management, learning and development, recruitment.
  • Responsible for providing HR guidance to all employees within their defined scope,
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy,
  • Initiating, developing and implementing HR processes,
  • Managing multiple priorities along with special projects of HR,
  • Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are tracked and applied.

Reporting

Mainly reporting to CHRO.
