We are seeking a motivated and professional International Sales Specialist to join our team and support our mission of providing exceptional care to patients worldwide. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage and respond to international patient inquiries promptly and professionally 

•Communicate effectively with prospective patients via phone, email, and digital channels 

•Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding treatment options and procedures 

• Prepare and present customized quotations based on patient needs 

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to successful conversion 

• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups within CRM systems 

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction throughout the entire customer journey 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree 

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken 

• Proven experience in the medical or health tourism industry 

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment 

• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools 

• Strong organizational and time management skills
