Located in Quasar Istanbul, our firm caters exclusively to foreign companies seeking reliable local expertise. As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are looking to expand our team with aFinancial Reporting Specialist who will contribute to delivering top-tier reporting services aligned with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly or quarterly financial reports in client-requested formats, aligned withInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Perform reconciliations and necessary adjustments during the reporting process
- Address client inquiries (domestic and international) related to submitted reports
- Liaise directly with foreign clients on financial and accounting topics
- Assist in year-end closing procedures and budget preparations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of Turkish GAAP
- Familiarity with IFRS applications; minimum 2 years of audit firm experience preferred
- Proficient in written and spoken English (German is a plus)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent reporting and presentation abilities
- Strong communication skills, adaptable and open to learning
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with flexible working hours
- No travel restrictions
- Residing on the European side of Istanbul is preferred
