We are seeking a Foreign Trade Specialist to join our team in a dynamic Import/Export sector. This role involves managing and optimizing international trade operations, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and enhancing our import/export processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade laws and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Graduated from relevant university departments.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Foreign Trade Specialist position.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using trade management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with customs procedures and documentation.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of import and export operations.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other trade partners.
• Analyze trade data and trends to optimize trade strategies.
• Prepare and review trade documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers and customers.
• Monitor and report on trade performance metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline trade processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on changes in trade laws and regulations.
• Utilize skills in import, export, trade, customs, and tax to enhance trade operations.
