“ZEN DIAMOND THE FUTURE STORE MANAGERS PROGRAM”

The goal of the "Future Store Managers Training Program" is to develop professionals for future leadership roles in the overseas sales operations of Zen Diamond. 

The program is for one year and consists of two stages:

• In first stage, 8 months of on-site experience in Zen Diamond stores,

• The second stage, 4 months of experience in the units at the Zen Pırlanta

Headquarters and production facility in Cağaloğlu. (Retail Sales, Marketing, CRM, Production-Design)

Those who are successful at the end of the program will be offered career opportunities in the domestic / international Merchandising, Retail Sales Operations departments.

Your experience in the sector will be reinforced by the various trainings (Retail-Merchandising, Basic Diamond Training, Management Skills Development, Coaching) and mentoring support from Zen Diamond senior executives during the program.

• Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering or Administrative Sciences,

• Excellent command of English

• Having at least 3 years of experience,
