We are looking to recruite an experienced “Hospitality Specialist” to join the team.Requirements:

• Graduated from related departments of universities
• Advanced level in English and Turkish languages
• At least one year of experience as a consultant and switchboard
• Experienced in welcoming and guiding guests
• Proficient in office applications, able to use office equipment effectively
• Her diction is neat, smiling and taking care of her external appearance
• Dynamic, follower, solution and result-oriented, high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Successful in human relations, effective communication, and representation skills

 Job Description

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude
• Assist the clients in finding their way around the office
• Collect all the information about the clients and visitors
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
• Scheduling appointments
• Preparing meeting and training rooms
• Maintain workplace security by maintaining visitor logs and notifying the authorities of unordinary conditions
• Stay up to date on the latest developments in his/her area of work
• Undertake any other duties assigned by his/her direct manager
