QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably knowledge of best practices in events with agencies and companies alike
- Excellent command of English, written and oral
- Affinity to visit customers make contacts easily, can make the business his/her own and act accordingly
- Dynamic, results-oriented and problem-solving
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Analytical/structured thinking, with an ability to develop multi-faceted plans/budgets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- No military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for an “Events and Organization Supervisor” who is able to conduct the following processes;
Take responsibility to improve the Private Events and Organizations
Proactively perform company and agency visits and present our products and services
Explore new ways to bring in new business, work together with travel and organization companies
Work together with film programming department to effectively price the rental of cinema screens
Decide on how to most effectively spend the marketing budget
Grow a customer database and send a monthly newsletter
Perform the necessary organization and background work for private events
Prioritize new channels over existing ones
Preferred Candidate
More than 3 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
