Quality Manager

We are looking for a ‘Quality Manager’ for our client who is an international windows & doors system producer company, local production unit is in Manisa.

Responsibilities:

•          Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality.
•          Collaborate with colleagues from the Danish headquarter to identify areas for improvement in product quality and manufacturing processes.
•          Analyze data and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.
•          Provide training and support to staff members of Özvardar on quality control processes and procedures.
•          Conduct 100% outgoing quality control.
•          Conduct various random quality control of raw materials.
•          Monitoring of raw material stock levels.
•          Monitoring of order progress to ensure due dispatch times.

Requirements:

•          Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
•          Proven experience in a quality management role.
•          Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
•          Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
•          Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
•          Strong personal character.
•          Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
•          Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to driving positive change.
•          Fluency in both English and Turkish languages.
