QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ability to use MS Office programs
• English communication (written/verbal) is must, Arabic communication is plus
• Experince on online ticketing & hotel accomodations internationally
• Good at numerical analysis

İŞ TANIMI
• Monitors the monthly travel schedules and searches & suggests best price ticketing & accommodation alternatives by acting as travel organizer/consultant
• Represents the team members in communication between Travel Department
• Provides on time support to all the department team members (including Auditors) when they’re at abroad about their requirements with HQ departments and communication (such as travel expense declarations…etc)
• Prepares and updates the international travel guide to be utilized by all department members (including residence permits and requirements for non Turkish citizens)
• Supports induction programmes and organizations of the needs of new comers to the department
• Prepares, translates and announces all documentation (memorandum, procedures, internal correspondences, work orders, regulation etc.) from the Directorate functions
• Prepares all announcements made by International Audit & Process Assurance Director and publishes to those concerned after getting them signed by the related managers and process owners
• Organizes Audit & Process Assurance Director’s daily agenda and meeting schedules. Makes programs and arranges necessary documentation for travel
• Organizes department and other meetings and attends if necessary, notices the participants, takes meeting notes and publishes them to all attendees, follows and reports whether the requirements of taken decisions are executed
• Organizes the team building and motivational activities and monitors the cost budget
• Updates the department related procedures and all relevant documentation on the Tema portal
• Prepares ad hoc reports, presentations and other documentation when needed
• Takes part in the development of a corporate approach and documenting the rules about his field of responsibility
