Export Sales Assistant Specialist

• Graduated from a reputable university in related field,
• Excellent command of English,
• Excellent command of MS Office programs , experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus,
• Minimum 1 year experience within International Trade- Export will be prefered,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• To follow up order process, all order details, production, purchase and shipment processes of orders,
• To follow up customers on daily basis for orders, shipments, service matters,
• Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals,
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Monitoring customer accounts,
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team,
• Follow up with clients on the telephone for administrative purposes
• Keeping track of sales targets,
• Create and process sales orders in a timely fashion,
• Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required,
• Reporting to department manager.
