About Job

We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager (MERSİN) for our client operating in the the chemical industry, specializing in polymers, paints, and related products for whom we provide consulting services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in flexible packaging, laminating adhesives, printing inks, packaging raw materials, or related chemical industries.
  • Distributor and key account management experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the CIS region business environment.
  • Fluency in Russian and English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with company management.
  • No travel restrictions and willingness to travel extensively across the region.
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong commercial acumen.

 

Job Description

Business Development & Market Growth

  • Lead business expansion for BCI’s Flexible Packaging Adhesives across CIS markets.
  • Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the flexible packaging industry.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and customer expectations.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans.

Sales & Distributor Management

  • Manage and develop existing customers and distributor networks across CIS countries.
  • Promote and sell laminating adhesive solutions across the assigned markets.
  • Follow up on quotations, pricing, contracts, order processing, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Conduct regular customer visits, technical-commercial meetings, and market development activities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and support long-term partnership development.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, industry events, and customer meetings when required.

Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams in Türkiye, including sales, customer service, supply chain, and technical departments.
  • Support shipment coordination and ensure smooth execution of export operations.
