As Akdeniz Chemson, one of the OYAK Group companies, which is the world's leading polymer additive manufacturer; we are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist within the Human Resources Directorate of our company to be assigned at our location İzmir, Turkey.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from Administrative Sciences or Industrial Engineering,
- Master’s degree from an HR related field will be preferable,
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
- At least intermediate level of English,
- Excellent knowledge of labor law,
- Experienced in managing industrial relations,
- Experienced in payroll programs (Enibra user experience will be preferable),
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications,
- Advanced data management and analytical skills,
- Excellent monitoring, reporting and process improvement skills,
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and result oriented attitude.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Payroll transactions, preparation and execution of all legal procedures.
- Following all transactions related to employee rights.
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Monitoring and operating headcount and staff budget.
- Following and reporting changes related to labor law and legislation.
- Execution of transactions related to private health, life insurance and private pension system.
- Following all transactions related to compensation and benefits of employees.
- Following legal processes and internal records of employee movements and assignments.
- Managing salary accruals and legal notifications.
- Taking part in HR projects related to responsibility area.
- Preparing and updating job descriptions.
- Preparing periodic headcount, turnover and similar reports.
