CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

 
Akzo Nobel Powder Coatings Turkey is seeking a “Customer Service Representative"and contributing to customer service activities.

 
Reporting line: The incumbent will be reporting to Demanding & Customer Service Coordinator of Powder Coatings Turkey

Location : Gaziemir / İzmir – AkzoNobel Powder Coatings Plant (Aegean Free Zone - ESBAŞ)

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from a university
• Minimum 2 years of logistics experience (especially Export), preferably in a multinational organization
• Advanced level of English and Russian language is an asset. (Uzbek knowledge is a plus)
• Competency in MS Office Applications, preferably SAP ERP
• Problem solver, customer focused, results driven and pro-active
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in the use of MS Excel and other MS Office programs
• No military obligation for male candidates

Responsibilities

• Management and follow up of customer orders within portfolio
• Stock status follow up and related communication.
• Management of return acceptances Export document submission
