Main Qualifications
- Prior internship within HR field is a reason for preference,
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
- Fluency in both written and spoken English,
- Being able to use Canva is a plus,
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment,
- Strong planning and organizational skills,
- Strong communication skills,
- Result oriented, self-motivated and a strong team player,
- Eager to learn and open to development,
- Having a high sense of responsibility

What you will be doing?
- Supporting recruitment processes (CV screening, interview scheduling, reference checks),
- Assisting with operational HR processes,
- Contributing to internal communication initiatives,
- Preparing HR reports and ensuring HR data is kept up to date,
- Managing personnel files and documentation,
- Assisting with training programs and internal event organizations,
- Following up on daily HR activities and providing support as needed.
