QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelors degree preferably Business or Economics,
- Min. 5 yrs Sales experience with different positions,
- Good knowledge of Field Sales Discipline Customer & Result oriented,
- Curious about new learning methods & trends,
- Creative problem solver who is able to be collaborative with a diverse cross-functional team,
- A positive and can-do attitude and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Designing training and development activities according to field team’s needs & sales strategies,
- Prepare online and in class training programs to support and maximise Sales Team Capability Development,
- Develop and implement all training assessment and evaluaiton tools,
- Evaluate training programs and processes for their overall effectiveness,
- Support establishment and localization of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Support preparing curriculum for all frontline position in LMS system,
- Managing the budget of training and development.

5 - 8 years of experience
