We are looking for an experienced, and result-oriented HR Generalist to join our HR team.

General Responsibilities

• Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle (onboarding, orientation, career management and offboarding) to ensure the right candidates for the business,
• Follow-up, track and evaluate company goals, technical and behavioral competencies under Performance Management System in coordination with project teams,
• Identify and implement development plans in order to support the employees under Talent Management and Career Planning procedures,
• Ensure the correct application of the Compensation & Benefit policies of the Group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• Min. 6 years of Human Resources experience with above mentioned responsibility areas,
• Excellent command of both verbal and written English,
• Advanced performance for MS Office programs,
• Strong organizational and communications skills,
• A ‘Can do attitude’, result-oriented, and resourceful mindset,
• Experience in working with remote teams in different locations and time zones.
