We are looking for University graduates with at least B2-level English to join our Software Support team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• University graduate (Bachelor’s degree)
• B2 level English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Ability to work in a shift-based system and collaborate with global teams

Job Description

• Analyze incoming system issues and provide solutions
• Collect customer feedback and share improvement needs with analysts
• Support commissioning of updates and new product versions
• Assist field teams during new project deployments
• Prepare training materials, user manuals, and maintenance documents
• Deliver customer training when required
