We are looking for candidates who:
- Hold a bachelor's degree from a university
- Have a good command of English
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry
- Possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Are eager to learn and continuously develop themselves
- Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to motivate and guide teams
- Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach
- Are able to work in shifts and on weekends
- Are mobile and willing to relocate to different cities based on business needs
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and business objectives.
- Contribute to the effective and efficient execution of daily store operations.
- Support team organization and help ensure smooth shift planning and workflow continuity.
- Monitor team performance, identify development opportunities, and contribute to feedback and coaching processes.
- Support the onboarding of new team members and help foster Atasun Optik's culture and values.
- Track sales performance, conversion rates, NPS, and other store KPIs, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
- Support accurate stock management, product tracking, and inventory processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to operational audit processes.
