We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a bachelor's degree from a university
• Have a good command of English
• Have at least 1 year of experience in the retail industry
• Possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Are eager to learn and continuously develop themselves
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a desire to motivate and guide teams
• Have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented approach
• Are able to work in shifts and on weekends
• Are mobile and willing to relocate to different cities based on business needs

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store targets and business objectives.
• Contribute to the effective and efficient execution of daily store operations.
• Support team organization and help ensure smooth shift planning and workflow continuity.
• Monitor team performance, identify development opportunities, and contribute to feedback and coaching processes.
• Support the onboarding of new team members and help foster Atasun Optik's culture and values.
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, NPS, and other store KPIs, and contribute to improvement initiatives.
• Support accurate stock management, product tracking, and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and contribute to operational audit processes.
