QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Entering the sales orders based on the content provided by the sales team, preparing proformas and sending to customers, preparing dispatch note when products are ready and issuing the invoice within legal period,
- Follow approval of customers orders received, send order information to relevant departments,
- Work in coordination with logistics and finance departments and send information about progress on orders to the sales team,
- Prepare statistical information about activities of the department and to prepare and update reports,
- Organizing monthly meetings of the departments they are responsible for, ensuring active participation in the meeting and sharing the meeting notes (when it comes to detailed product trainings, the participation with the relevant Department Manager should be evaluated.
- Provide support in terms of making hotel and travelling reservations and catering, beverage etc. organization in case of a meeting and a similar activity,
- Filling the additional forms (appendix) in the credit policy with the limit increase and / or term change in existing customers, submitting them to the Credit Control specialist and completing the process on time
- Registration of departmental purchases to the e-purchase system, including the purchasing team for offers above the specified limit, and including three offers for each purchase
- Follow-up correspondences sent on behalf of the department,
- Support daily activities with regards to the department,
- Check mail and cargo related works,
- Organize files concerning the department,
- Check office tools and equipments and give orders when necessary,
- Participate in project works when necessary and fulfill relevant duties as required
What we expect of you?
- University degree in engineering
- PC skills (Ms Office)
- Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
- B Driving Licence
- No military obligation for male employees
- Minimum 2 years experience in industrial products sales
- Growth mindset
