Process Supervisor

Aurora Turkey is looking for an experienced Process Supervisor to join our growing organization in Tekirdağ / Çorlu-Ergene.

The Process Supervisor will be responsible for managing and continuously improving manufacturing processes, coordinating process improvement activities, and providing technical leadership within the production organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in production, process or manufacturing engineering
• Experience in automotive or automotive supplier industry is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, VSM and Poka-Yoke
• Experience in time studies, method analysis, line balancing and capacity planning
• Experience in new product introduction and industrialization
• Good knowledge of ERP systems; IFS knowledge is an advantage
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, AutoCAD and/or 3D CAD programs
• Experience in investment and feasibility projects
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills
• Proactive, result-oriented and willing to work actively on the production floor

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve manufacturing processes and standards
• Lead Kaizen, 5S, VSM and Poka-Yoke activities
• Conduct time studies, method analyses, line balancing and capacity studies
• Coordinate new product introduction from prototype to serial production
• Ensure the accuracy of BOMs, routings, work plans and production times in ERP systems
• Lead feasibility studies and support investment projects for new machines, equipment and automation
• Develop projects to reduce manufacturing costs, scrap, cycle time and productivity losses
• Coordinate and support the Process Engineering team
• Work closely with Production, Quality, R&D, Logistics, Purchasing 

Lead and coordinate maintenance activities for production machinery and equipment, ensuring effective maintenance planning and equipment reliability.

• Lead and execute the company’s occupational health and safety (OHS) activities, ensuring safe working practices related to manufacturing processes and equipment.
